This book has helped me to make sense and to understand more on the work that I do with the children of refugees and immigrant families. It explains to why young people are behaving the way they do. The trauma which continues to pass down from generations play a major role in their every life. From now on I shall approach with "What happened to you?" but not "What's wrong with you?" I hope this book is available in many languages (Vietnamese) so others can read it too.
