John Q Public obviously does not get satire anymore. With today's audiences, even Dr Strangelove would get bad reviews. I guess you can't get what you don't grasp.

I hate movies about silly romance, but OMG, that sofa and the Italian lighting fixtures, basically the whole apartment villa has me in the mood to finally change out my style. Plus I googled while watching because I didn't believe some of the claims, and they were factually correct. Caval, green olives, and such. Whoever wrote it, did their homework. And and and I learned the history of the song Funiculi Funicula! It's basically an advertisement for a cable car company going up to Mt Vesuvius. So popular, it was even sung by Pavarotti On the whole, I would say the movie was delightful! And knowing a little Shakespeare comes in handy.
