Just saw this today. Yes, it was creepy, but it was also very touching. The young actors were phenomenal. I loved the relationship between the main actor and his sister. The sound effects were awesome. There were noises and voices popping out from all around the theatre. I jumped in my seat more than a few times. I appreciate Ethan Hawke as an actor and a director. He's basically a guy behind a mask in this, but he does a great job of being intensely creepy. Derrickson and Cargill (Drs. Strange) did a great job with screenplay. Kudos!
