Okay, admittedly I have not yet seen the episode, I love the show btw! However, ANY show that brings up the human war on TP rolls proper position on the invention known as the TP roll holder must discuss the original invention. There is a patent for this wonderful invention and it clearly shows the actual use of the product is to install a roll with the paper over the top and being pulled toward the user. Therefore, using the product in any other manner than as designed may cause the product to dispense incorrectly, shorten the life of the product, and void any warranty, expressed or implied by the seller of the product. In other words, UNDER is JUST WRONG!!! LOL
