Oh great, just what We needed—Another plot twist that makes zero sense..Wow. Just... wow. After all that build-up, all those sweet, genuine, earned moments with Kile, Eadlyn takes a sharp left turn and ends up with someone else? Groundbreaking. Truly. Because who wants a love story with actual chemistry, history, and development when you can have... whatever that ending was? Kile literally helped her grow as a person, and made her laugh when no one else could—but sure, let’s toss all that in the trash for a romance that popped up like a last-minute group project. Makes total sense. I didn’t spend two whole books watching a real relationship bloom just to be handed the literary equivalent of a soggy sandwich. If I wanted to be disappointed like this, I would've reread my high school diary. Thanks for nothing, The Crown.
