Mystic Oxatan

As a movie - very touched. But this is not just a simple romantic movie. It shows us one sided story about what happened in Ottoman Empire (lately Turkey) during those years. Unfortunately, by emphasizing only one side of tragedy you will never bring peace or justice. Actually this kind of movies makes the world worse, because they plot the hatred into the minds. The movie “Ottoman Lieutenant” is much more better than this “Promise”. Long story short, this movie has only one “promise” - bringing more hatred among Armenians against the Turks.
