I finally decided to read this book after owning it for years and realized that I should have never bought it in the first place. I came in with an open mind and had hope that it could be potentially useful or beneficial, but it is complete and utter garbage. I could not even get through the first chapter, I had to immediately stop reading this useless word vomit. It felt like it was dumbing my brain down with its incompetence.
