this does have spoilers! I love the Halloween movies, as soon as I was old enough I watched all of them! But this movie wasn’t what I expected. I understand how some movies aren’t similar to the originals, but this was completely different. Sure in the originals there was blood, but this movie was WAY different. The first 5 minutes and I immediately knew it was a gory movie. Not a fan of gore. I enjoy how they featured some of the old characters, and the clips from previous movies, but it was a lot of gore and killings. “Michel Myers” sure is an evil person, but in the last movie he showed remorse and so I genuinely thought they would take that last movie into consideration. I’m also not a fan of his new mask. Sure he got burned but in the originals he would be getting shot and thrown into a River and his mask would be fine? Was an ok movie, I expected better personally.
