Garsy Thomas

This is a marvelous tale of hardship, desperation, love, sacrifice and hope. The author paints vivid pictures with his words and created elaborate settings in my imagination. The characters came alive and I could appreciate their story. I can only hope that the English translation did justice to the French original.
