Kane Russell

Honestly one of the worst movies I've seen in a long, long time. The entire script is based on modern extremist political talking points (from both sides) which get regurgitated ad nesueam throughout the entire movie, killing any opportunity for viewers to escape reality into what could have been a simple yet effective life story. The lack of chemistry between the two protagonists is far too much to overcome and in the end you'll be wishing you'd never ever have to hear the signature songs again nor see another movie with either of the two in it, for fear of digging up memories of this steaming pile of politically driven garbage. The supporting acts do themselves no favours at all either although wouldn't know where to begin on those so I'll just leave it at that. I award it no points (1 Star out of necessity here) and may God have mercy on its soul.
