I found the fourth episode to be a good conclusion and it does wrap up the storyline in my opinion. Once Amelia convinced the other potential witness, to corruption in the police drug squad, to stand up for what is right, it portends that justice will be served. I think when that person, Police Detective Rocky quit the boxing match it meant he would do the right thing, as Amelia had implored him minutes before.
