I placed my order on February 12. No email was sent that my order was shipped. I finally contacted then on February 22 requesting an update on my order. They shipped my order on February 23 a day after I requested an update. When I asked why it took so long to ship I only received a reply stating that it hadn't been picked up by USPS. They took my money right away. Very disappointed. Not sure I'll order from them again.
