This is my first glimpse into the notion of ridding the world of nuisance invaders one fork at a time. I am absolutely loving Jackson's comical, yet scientific take on the situation. I'm seeing now that the book was published in 2012 and am hoping he chooses to do some kind of follow-up or sequel, though the results are likely to be dire I suppose. I have never been interested much in guns or hunting or fishing, but somehow I am finding myself fascinated to learn about the best weapon for the job as he takes on the various foes of biodiversity! The book is half science lesson, half journal entry and I can't wait to keep reading!
