Thirteen Lives Thirteen Lives was a recent movie released in the year 2022. The documentary-style film is based on actual events from the 2018 Thailand cave rescue. The film's central message was to never give up, as evidenced by the compassionate rescuers and the trapped boys who never gave up. The movie begins after twelve children finish their soccer practice. Together with their coach, they decided to play in Tham Luang, a famous tourist cave. However, soon it began to rain, and the cave rapidly became inundated. Helpers from all over the world came to Thailand in order to rescue the boys. Thirteen Lives was a remarkable movie. It featured a realistic and gripping story with a happy ending. The organization of the film and the performance of the actors gave the viewer the impression that the action was taking place in front of their eyes. Although the movie is tragic due to the death of a retired SEAL rescuer, this added to the realism of the story and was still enjoyable to watch. The rescue mission added much tension and suspension each time one of the divers went underwater, luring the watcher’s attention every moment. Despite the movie being a reminder of the unfortunate incident, the film is unquestionably recommended and a must-watch due to its genuine and sympathetic storyline.
