This is a really great book with a deep view about management, mainly with the new concepts and new vision of managing people. The book is very comprehensive with topics like diversity, environment, start-ups, social responsibility and so on, long ago and before many other authors write extensively about it. Something very good in this book are the cases presented and real discussions about situations happened in real life. So, the book, despite discussing theories also complement with practice. Very easy to understand, with a pleasing visual with graphics, colors and images enriching the writings. Each edition seems to be better than the previous. I really enjoyed reading the sixth edition with its almost 800 pages. Even years later I still use to read it. Yes, I recommend this book!
