I cannot put in words how infuriating this movie was . I was given the short story that this movie was based off of (Juicy and Delicious yes that’s what it was called ) and I was forced to read the whole thing and identify why there were flying grits and lemons and random symbols. And I thought oh maybe if I watch the movie I’ll understand it better since it’s visual . THE MOVIE WAS NOTHING LIKE THE STORY. I’m so confused how they produced the movie from the story yet there’s no type of connections between the two. This story made my English class my personal hell for the last few weeks I was there . Never in my lifetime have I ever been given a project more ridiculous than this movie and story .

This movie was just alright to pass the time. I believe it had many nail biting moments that were going to keep you on your toes but they were always anti climatic . I also believe that some of the elements introduced to us at the beginning of the movie were never really explained or had anything to do with the movie. Like for example the rabbit doll toy was absolutely terrifying it it had nothing to do with the movie later on and same thing goes with the scary painting . I also believe that it was unecessary for them to have him on a leash because it didn’t really build suspense as much as I thought it would . I believe the movie would’ve been more interesting if the leash was pulled more for more of a scare factor . Overall this movie had some amazing scenes but I feel like if it had a better story I would’ve rated this a 10 .
