A beautiful and gut wrenching movie, but not my favorite of Del Toro's work. When it's good it's GREAT but you have to sit through a lot of boring set up to get to the pay off. My poor gf fell asleep for the whole second act and I couldn't blame her but if you like long winded thrillers then this is the best you'll see this year
