An absolute disaster. Half then people left the theater before it was over. Musical courtroom drama meets a stupid “love story”… It’s like Chucky meets Isabelle in a SPLIT / fightclub knockoff. Horrible child singing (if you can even call it singing), then to kill Joker just to try force a “twist” at the end…as if anyone still even still cares about Joker by the end of the movie (and assuming they haven’t walked out of the theater before they get to the end). Then Joker’s killer starts laughing as if he is was the “real” joker the whole time and the audience has been suckered. Well, we have been suckered. I want my money back. More important, I want my two and a half hours back. So offensively bad to treat Joker fans (or movie fans in general) this way. This movie should issue a recall, reshoot the movie without Lady Gaga, and then be re-released in black and white, double speed, and low resolution.., at least that way, it could be sold as a horror film.
