i am a person who is easily startled or scared. i was dreading watching this movie, because i remember how i felt for days after watching “Us”. But I went because my husband really wanted to see it. i can tell you i spooked two times. the little kids posing as scary aliens (before i knew they were kids) and the gordy scene. but the actual plot of the movie and the “ufo” thing if you will, i never shuttered or was scared. definitely disappointed in this film - but maybe that was because i had such high hopes after “Us” and “Get Out”. acting was great and the cinematography was phenomenal. but the concept of the movie really lacked in my opinion. go watch for yourself still and form your own opinion!
