I do not understand why this show is rated so highly with so many positive reviews. After you get through the first 3 or 4 episodes where most of the male characters are weak twerps, it gets a little more tolerable, but most of the characters are cringe-worthy at best. Kieran Culkin and Brian Cox are about the only ones worth watching, but since the cast is far larger than two guys, I don't find it the best reason to watch this show. I watched every episode up until this point just to see if it got better, and it doesn't; it is the same annoying characters. At least half of the dialogue is hard to bear because the characters lack confidence and exude a lack of touch with any reality (NOT like a 'rich kid doesn't understand poor kid problems' type either).
