This is a good movie—if it were based in 1989. As I watched this, I kept asking myself, “Why doesn’t he pull out his cell phone and call his wife’s parents or one of her friends.” That someone could disappear into thin air without a trace of their previous existence is not believable—not in the age of the Internet and cell phones.
