apart from the good storyline, cinematography, and Prateik Babbar, it kind of fell off for me. The main protagonist just goes around using people when and where he likes and then throws them away when done. Not to mention his weird theatrical acting of the main character as well. There's not much depth of story given to the sister's side of the story. Many questions are left unanswered such as what happened with the Nurse's past, what happened between the sister and the guest, how did the teacher cope up with everything, how Tanay ended up as a beggar, what happened in Nagaland, how did the painter dude manage to live after running away, etc... The movie straight up ends up with the book being published and just called it a day. There were many beautiful aspects but these questions seemed to have overshadowed them for me. There are much better LGBTQ representative films but this does seem like a new step for mainstream Indian cinema.
