This book is a total rip off. It is pure Garbage. The Author spends the entire time basically naming herbs, giving tea and essential oil recipes, but never tells what they are used for. "Here drink this tree bark tea because .... reasons" I think Amazon should remove this book from their website, and I feel that Tatanka Luta owes me my money back.
