The book was excellent but daily Stoic Life at nearly £200/year is an absolute rip off. The books offered do not arrive, they do not personally respond to emails. The courses are a shameless sell of Holidays products. I have emailed several times but they do not answer. The Web site a very small amount of content. Holiday is a business man and not a stoic. Preaching virtue and not acting on it is hypocrisy. I have given up contacting them and will try to get my money back
