I was very disappointed in this book. It seemed like it was a book that had to be written by a deadline. I kept waiting for something major to develop but nothing ever did. I have read all of Elin’s books and Five Star Weekend just did not meet the mark. Caroline and her mom should have had more in-depth conversation when reconciling and afterwards. The best part to me was Caroline’s handling of Dylan. The other characters were wrapped in a bow in the end and that surprised me most! Dull is the word, I do not recommend.
