Went to see this after watching the trailer and reading good reviews - I loved it. You have to enjoy atmospheric horror and appreciate the interaction and motivations of each character. It will either draw you in or it won’t. The actors are all fantastic in delivery and I loved the 70s satanic panic and occult nods. There’s a bit of misdirection and a super fun amount of editing that is particularly impactful if you remember the era of vhs. While it may not have anything super fresh or trendy happening it does allow one to ponder a lot of philosophical questions about choices and what we view as “reality”. Definitely the best movie ticket I have purchased in a long time and a new favorite.
