It was disheartening to watch the film. This could have been a fabulous biopic of an amazing personality! But what's wrong with the movie yaar? Well almost everything! Parineeti's acting and badminton skills - everything appeared too superficial! however it's not parineeti's fault. It's the failure of the director who couldn't use the actor's potential Or maybe the choice of the film protagonist wasn't right in the first place. Problem is Amole Gupta's overconfidence. Plus, no backstory, poor screenplay, mediocre drama, made everything a disaster. The man (Amole) is now badmouthing Aamir Khan, who he claims reduced him to a creative director from the director in Taare Zameen Par. If that's true also, thank God! We happened to watch a masterpiece at least those days! Anyway Saina the film is doomed. Long lives Saina Nehwal!
