The bisexual make out scene of Megan Fox and Amanda Seyfried makes this hands down a 5 star movie! Damn, this is Megan Fox in her prime, she is such a beauty and then Amanda Seyfried with her big eyes and her innocent clothing style. She is also drop dead gorgeous! You can feel an ever so slight sexual tension between them which slowly and intelligently builds up throughout the movie. Although both of them actually have a toxic friendship relationship going on between them which is another great theme of this movie. Then Jennifer is suddenly in Needy’s bed and Needy is very confused because she just saw Jennifer roaming through the dark streets totally covered in blood. But there she is on her bed and she looks immaculate. The way that she looks at Needy and gently glides her fingers through her hair. You can feel that she has a deep fondness for Needy and maybe more. The way she pulls closer to Needy and the way Needy is utterly petrified. Confused and torn between what she just saw and what she herself maybe always desired. This really is great art to its core. What then follows is the best closeup scene I have ever scene in any movie. Jennifer’s and Needy’s lips touch and send electrifying sparks through the viewer. It is sensual and mesmerizing at the same time. There is hesitation and confusion at first which makes this closeup kiss scene so much more believable. I bet that in this moment every man or woman would love to be Needy. This seductive make out scene exemplifies what God really created this world for: To experience the beauty of his own creation and exactly this to me is its highest form and expression. The viewer is torn between different feelings just like Needy. For me it was a fascinating pleasure to watch this scene and I only regret that it stopped so quickly. I think that this is the movie’s only fault. The make out scene should have been considerably longer. Just one minute more of this scene could have meant so much. But even so this make out scene left me forever changed for the better. This to me is actually the best kissing scene in any movie EVER! I literally feel grateful that I got to experience this scene! Just the make out scene itself deservedly has 430 million(!) views on YouTube. And it appears that many people can actually find a deep meaning in this particular scene. But don’t watch it on YouTube before watching the entire movie. You need to have the right context and history in place to truly appreciate the magnificence of the best kissing scene ever. And this best make out scene ever is meshed into a satanic gore dark humor thriller with lots of fascinating elements. A melange extraordinaire. And it comes with a great ending as well. It’s just a pity that this movie did not receive the recognition it deserved when it originally starred in 2009. It was actually a flop. But it has deservedly become a cult classic. I say it’s a pity because director Karyn Kusama even mentioned that she could have done many more movies like that if the movie had actually been commercially successful. Jennifer’s Body is a tour de force to be reckoned with. I loooooved this movie!

This is a nice satanic psycho thriller. It is slow and long winded. There is little real action happening. You can see it is an older movie. Still, this is Polanski’s second most successful movie and thus any cinema movie lover should watch this movie for educational purposes. This is what I did. I was expecting a little bit more resolution at the end. However, this did not happen. But that is still totally okay. The suspense was there all throughout the movie.

It was interesting to see the movie that contains the iconic scene with Marylin Monroe in her white dress standing above the subway breeze. This quite apparently is humor from another era. I personally just thought that Richard Sherman played by Tom Ewell is the biggest idiot ever. He was just being a super idiot. I guess some people will find that funny. This movie however did not really touch my comedy senses. It is good to have seen that movie for educational purposes. I am being very generous in giving this movie 3 stars. I actually wanted to give it 2 stars. But hey, it is Marylin. 3 stars, that is my very generous max I will ever give to this movie!
