The book had sooo much potential but the ending felt like it was over within 2 or 3 pages. I didn't realize the end was the end until I turned the page and saw "Epilogue" and I could have cried! Lol it was a great book overall but it was almost as if someone had to get their book finished by a certain deadline and just never finished the ending. They had to cut it quick. Fortunately, this does not deter me from reading every other Colleen Hoover book as Verity stole my heart and sent me on a craze for more of her writing!
Overall, I'm not mad that I spent time reading the book but the ending really needed some more time and attention. I understand what happened and how it was resolved but it was lacking substance at the very end.. Makes the rest of the details (ESPECIALLY "the house") seem redundant.
