An absolutely beautiful and haunting classic FPS almost lost to time that deserves to sit alongside the other mainstays in the DOOM franchise. DOOM 64 shows how well the classic DOOM engine holds up today in terms of gameplay, and the atmosphere and environments feels as immersive as ever. It’s a great game to get lost in for hours and to see what the slayer was doing before DOOM 2016.
