Pro's : The hotel is beautiful, beautiful location, the staff is nice Cons : The breakfast is average in variety and taste. Staff is lazy, we asked for the key of the connected room something, we got it after 30 min. The staff of the buffet doesn't know how to smile and talk properly We booked a dinner party with a singer (supposingly) we were surprised he didn't come and they replaced him with a guitarist. The maximum they did is to apologize saying that the singer had a problem two days earlier to the eve which means they had known before we booked. They organized the saying party in the same place of the breakfast, full lights no ambiance it was as if we were having a late breakfast, it was the most boring new year's eve🤑🤑
