Winner of the Golden Hugo at The Chicago Film Fest, the Vietnamese film "The Third Wife" (2018) is a stunning debut film from the Vietnamese director Ash Mayfair, made possible by a Spike Lee Fellowship, the Vietnamese Government, and the New York University. The lady director's command of capturing visuals and sound management is amazing.
