As a pediatric physical therapist I work with students with ASD and understand deeply the challenges faced by families raising neurodiverse children. I’m also in a relationship with a high functioning brilliant individual on the spectrum and this show brings me to joy and tears with how it captures the day to day of what most neurotypical individuals never experience. Celebrate neurodiversity. And keep having compassion and patience for the neurodivergent folks you may encounter. They need your understanding.
