Room security was lacking. Maintenance staff would rumble through rooms un scheduled knocking on doors to see if you were in and then having their way with belongings. Almost seems organized not random. Hotel needs security camera in halls and on building outside to make staff more accountable. Showers were very hard to operate without scalding yourself and rooms were not decorated by maids. Paying almost 5000 for trip 10 % of cost goes directly to tips but a lot of staff demand a lot more. Everything’s is money money money. Some good shows like fire show circus some of singing shows by men sucked. Saxophone was good but only good for couple songs not couple of hours. Burning garbage was nasty smoke and smell. Floors in rooms were not cleaned well. English language barrier seemed to be a real issue and god help you if you get sick cause it is very expensive. Prices are inflated triple what you would pay for in Canada.. massages 240.00 what is wrong here. Excursions are expensive. Not a way to enjoy your stay. Only ones not demanding tips and the hardest workers are the gardeners. all cooks all table weighters bar tenders buggy drivers bell boys cleaners water boys pool staff all expect and demand tips. For what not required but hate to see your experience without tip when 500 of my arranged trip automatically goes to resort tips.
