I just started this book for the fourth time and I still love it I know it's very dark and people seem to not understand or be able to relate to the character but I certainly do it's definitely a character study of extreme depression I often find the character thinking the same thoughts as me, acting in a way that I could except for the drugs. This book also caused me to read every single word of every other book that ottessa moshfegh has written she's super dark and if you don't get it then it's not for you
