People who rated this movie poorly have little to no humor and must have a miserable perspective on life along with their miserable existence. This movie is hilariously great. That is all.

The graphics, cars and atmosphere of the tracks are really nice. Unfortunately the driving mechanics, particularly the drifting is more frustrating than I was expecting. The drifting is difficult to master and made the gameplay overall less fun(for me at least) I would have enjoyed the game much more if the drifting wasn’t heavily integrated into the racing style. It feels like a newer Need for Speed game, just hot wheels edition in that regards. Sometimes simpler can be better.

This movie was enjoyable in its own way regardless of what the title is suggesting. It seems people are trashing this movie over silly expectations. Acting is entertaining and gripping with the cast, action scenes are good enough considering the year it was made in. The plot is still interesting even though it is not related to the doom games but a much more realistic comprehension of it. Which is apparently why a lot of people are criticizing the film. The movie overall is enjoyable, and it at least deserves a chance to be watched without huge expectations to the game franchise, especially the newer games.
