Pretentious, disjointed guff with a couple of funny moments. Fixation on throwing-up and toilet overflowing scenes and simplistic message that power and status can all be changed by circumstances. Yawn.

What should have been riveting subject matter was dreadfully let down by very poor writing/production/acting - you name it. No sense of timescale involved. No sense of the purpose and progress of the investigation. No indication what the lead character’s role entailed apart from something to do with public health (?) and unbelievable (I hope!) ineptitude at 2 public meetings. I kept watching in the hope it might improve. It didn’t. Very tedious. Very poor.
