Project X is a teen comedy and how am I surprise because I was expected to hate it, but then I really like this movie. It plays like Superbad meets Cloverfield using so-called found footage that begins with high school students Costa played by Oliver Cooper and J.B. played by Jonathan Daniel Brown who attempt to increase their popularity by throwing a party for their friend Thomas played by Thomas Mann. The movie filled with obligatory characters such as the freshman who are trying to sneak into the party, and the gorgeous girl Kirby played by Kirby Bliss Blanton who has a crush on Thomas. Then, the party gets really out of control, and I thought it looks really interesting. All of the sudden, the movie plays more like a horror picture than an R-rated gross-out comedy. This is completely over-the-top madness and someone will pay the consequences. It reminded me of some really fun times when I was in college and some epic parties I was there by myself, but sometimes with my friends as well. The movie was produced by Todd Phillips who directed The Hangover, and it was directed by Nima Nourizadeh, who directed music videos and commercials, and this was his directorial debut. Also, this was inspired by a true story of Corey Delaney in Melbourne, Austrailia who help a party in his parents' house, and then five hundred people turned up, and clashes with police broke out. Which is basically like Thomas from the movie. Project X is the best teen comedy movie since Superbad. I know it’s stupid, horrible, and crude but it's outrageously entertaining, hilarious, and a lot of fun.

I was looking forward to see Madame Web that I was expected to like it, but now I hated it. Madame Web is basically a gimmick than a comic book origin story movie. It's like a psychological horror thriller movie that reminds me of Final Destination. Although, the movie does have an interesting setting, intriguing visuals, and a cool soundtrack, but the characters were shallow, the dialogue is very laughable of a terrible script, the action sequences is just tired old clichés, and a confusing storyline of a predictable plot with a silly premise. I found Madame Web is a major disappointment because the movie is not original as a comic book origin story just like Halle Berry from Catwoman. Dakota Johnson is so tiresome and tedious of her characterization as the main lead in this movie. I think it's the worst comic book movie I've seen this year.

Night Swim has few jump scares of the first 30 minutes with fine performances, but it just grows tedious and tiresome of the last 30 minutes of the film. I also felt that the premise and the script is so clunky, ridiculous, and predictable. The middle segment of the film turned into a family drama than a horror film. The big weakness of the movie is the ending was a major letdown but I don't want to give it away if people who haven't seen this movie. I wanted little more frightening moments, better atmosphere, and better characters but they’re nothing really scary or creepy it's just a dead in the water. I found Night Swim a big disappointment.

"The Silence of the Lambs" stars Jodie Foster played Clarice Starling, an FBI trainee to catch a serial killer named "Buffalo Bill" played by Ted Levine who skins his female victims. To catch him, she seeks the advice of a brilliant psychiatrist and cannibalistic imprisoned Dr. Hannibal Lecter played by Anthony Hopkins who likes to eat his victims body parts. The plot overall is very intense, dark, and disturbing. Anthony Hopkins did a great job to play Hannibal and I don't think he was over the top of his character, Jodie Foster did also did a great job to play Clarice Starling, and the dialogue was in a very high level of intelligence and the movie works effectively. The movie was based on the novel by Thomas Harris in 1988 was preceded by another book about Hannibal Lecter, which was made into the film "Manhunter." The movie was directed by Jonathan Demme, and I think he did an amazing job with the tension and horror thriller element. This is one of the best psychological horror thriller film ever made.

Dinosaur is a good movie. This film was shot of real landscapes between live-action and computer animation for the first time in Hollywood and Disney history. What's struck me watching it was the meteor shower sequence just blew me away reminds me of Deep Impact and Armageddon. This movie was too similar between The Land Before Time the decision to make the animals talk, but in Jurassic Park that wouldn't expect the dinosaurs can talk because they're real dinosaurs. I praised the opening sequence, visuals, special effects, animation, soundtrack by James Newton Howard, fun, and entertaining, but the story doesn't realize the potential for it's lack of originality. This movie was a little too dark and depressing even too scary for younger kids, but older kids and adults is ok to watch this movie. I gave a marginal recommendation for this movie that I really enjoyed those amazing visuals, but I was disappointed of the story and the characters.

"The Prince of Egypt" is one of the best animated films I ever seen. This movie is based on the Book of Exodus, and similar from "The Ten Commandments" in 1956 starring Charlton Heston. The story about Moses plucked from the Nile by the queen voiced by Helen Mirren. Moses voiced by Val Kilmer was raised with a natural rival with the Pharaoh's son Ramses voice by Ralph Fiennes. Moses learns the truth when he encounter his long-lost siblings Miriam voiced by Sandra Bullock, and Aaron voice by Jeff Goldblum. What's struck me watching it where Moses parted the Red Sea with great visuals of the animation, and it almost looks like special effects and live-action of the Red Sea. The music played a big role in the success of an animated feature, and the soundtrack by Hans Zimmer was absolutely incredible. The musical kind of reminds one of the Disney animated films, but this is a DreamWorks animated film, and it does have memorable songs in this film. This is a classic story, well-told, beautifully drawn was so memorable, and still one of the best animated films.

I think 'Top Gun: Maverick' is one of the years best films. This is a sequel from the original 'Top Gun' in 1986, and it is Paramount's biggest blockbuster of the summer since 'Titanic.' Tom Cruise did a great job of his performance to played Capt. Pete "Maverick" Mitchell since the original 'Top Gun'. Miles Teller to played Lt. Bradley "Rooster" Bradshaw who the son of Maverick's late RIO and best friend, Lt. (j.g.) Nick "Goose" Bradshaw who played by Anthony Edwards, and Carole Bradshaw who played by Meg Ryan from the original movie. Also, Jennifer Connelly who played as Penny Benjamin who is Maverick's rekindled love interest, a single mother, and a bar owner. John Hamm who played VADM Beau "Cyclone" Simpson who is the commander of Naval Air Forces who kind of reminds me of CDM Mike "Viper" Metcalf who played by Tom Skerritt from the original movie. Val Kilmer who played Maverick's close friend and former rival Tom "Iceman" Kazansky from the original movie. In the sequel, the filmmakers were able to dub the voice over Kilmer's acting since he was diagnosed with throat cancer. If you guys didn't like the first Top Gun movie, then I suggest you guys could watch the sequel because it was a great story, fantastic visuals and special effects, and excellent cast and crew. The movie is directed by Joseph Kosinski who directed his big-screen directoral debut 'Tron: Legacy' and another science fiction film 'Oblivion,' and the producer Jerry Bruckheimer who payed tribute to his colleague Don Simpson who produced the original 'Top Gun.' This is one of the years best films, and this is the best blockbuster of the summer.

This movie is a complete garbage and it's dead on the water! The plot was so confusing, and it had bad acting. What really bothers me is that the film use of tilted camera angles is too much. The script was extremely not perfect by Corey Mandela and J.D. Shapiro, based on the 1982 novel by L. Ron Hubbard. I’m not very impressed with the special effects, musical score, character development, and art direction. This is one of the worst cast and crew, and not exciting and fun movie of all time. This is one of my worst movies I’ve ever seen!

This movie was absolutely dark, thrilling, and exciting. Christian Bale who played Batman was terrific and all of these great actors Michael Caine, Liam Neeson, Gary Oldman, and Morgan Freeman. The movie was shot in Chicago such as Wayne Tower which is the Board of Trade building, and the tumbler chase scene at the lower Wacker Drive. Also, the special effects of the monorail down La Salle Street looks great. This movie is one of my best films.

Spider-Man: No Way Home had an amazing plot and I really enjoyed this movie because it had great stunts, great special effects and great action sequences. I was so excited to see this movie since Avengers: Endgame, and this is the first time that I've ever seen this movie in IMAX. This movie is very similar to Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, but this movie is more interesting, entertaining, and enjoyable. Spider-Man: No Way Home is the best multi-verse movie I've ever seen in a long time!
