This film depicts a time that is not accepting of the black people. It is full of who's who in the movie. They do a excellent job of bringing this movie to life. The movie gives you a view of both perspectives the black and the white's. Its worth watching.

I really enjoyed this movie. It was at a time in history when things where changing for the African American that people were not willing to accept. Lily was the centre of the story, but the issues that the African American people were going thru was also part of the story. It was interesting to see it and watch what happened in this show. It was like watching a piece of history happening. It dealt with negative issues from Lily who had a guilt from her past dealing with her mother. It was a interesting movie to see.
