Incredible. Loosely based on Robert Moses' conduct in reshaping NYC brutally (read Robert Caro's The Power Broker) and ripping up and through neighborhoods to get what he wanted, Edward Norton is incredible. No actor is wasted, no scene not memorable. This film is a gift.
