I watched 5 minutes of an episode this morning. About mental health, And because I actually do have a real diagnosis, And suffer and have suffered from depression for the last 30 odd years. Then afterwards the silly blonde woman, St ating that oh I have 1 or 2 bad day's Truly sorry you cannot compare yourself To somebody who has a real diagnosis and real mental health issues. It is not for people who just have 1 or 2 days of being bad days. As I said Before you cannot compare before you cannot compare.
