I really liked this show. It’s very funny and Kate Winslet is amazing in this role. I actually miss her now that we’ve watched all episodes. The menopause episode was probably the funniest. As Chancellor of her fictional country, she appears in a bath tub of ice and still complains it’s so hot! Large air conditioners, fans etc throughout was just hilarious. She’s so clueless as a leader of a country and pulls off “crazy” in the best way. Her accent and mouth movement is genius and I think it was well worth watching!

Great intricate crime plot, investigating corrupt police. It keeps you paying attention, figuring out what’s going on and wondering who’s behind it all from season 1, winding it’s way through all six seasons. The program also shows how much documentation and police work it really takes to arrest someone. The characters are fascinating and clearly drawn. One of my favorite series!

I like this show though the whole accent thing is definitely weird sounding. Julia Garner is a wonderful actress and from what I’ve read, Julia does portray the real Anna Delvey’s accent very well. Real Anna, apparently just had a weird way of speaking!
