This was a great read, simple to understand yet so effective in its principles. While I do not know sheep at all, I can certainly identify with these principles of leadership relating to taking care of your flock. This book demonstrates that true leadership is about serving and a genuine care for your flock/ staff. This is an especiallybeneficial read for new leaders.
