A remarkable thing about this drama is the fact that it has appeared before there has really been any final official conclusion of these horrendous goings on. No prosecutions have been brought against the many senior staff who must have concocted and actively colluded with the lies and cover ups that allowed it to progress from the first instances of the system failures. A system that was known not to work as it should.
