these representatives suck.....i asked for a return but they sent me a label that i cant access....contacted them by chat and the rep asjed me questions and one second later asked me was i still there, not giving me time to answer one question let lone 4 of tgem then responded in capital letters smmfh then when i asked wtf is wrong with him he disconnected the chat.....now im chatting with someone else and i have been waiting for 16 minutes and still waiting....and he dylan wont provide me with a supervisor phone number.... i will never ever order from them again and i do not recommend
