DO NOT GET ALL MY SONS TO MOVE YOU! No Stars Rated!!!! This was my second time getting them to move me, first one was Back in 2014 and the second one was May 30, 2020. The first time I used them the movers was on top and I always told myself that I would get them again because they were reasonably and very fast of moving my items from one place to the other and it was less than $400 dollars. This second go round was horrible the movers started at 8:20 am til 3:30 pm. ALL DAY! They did not have to pack anything everything was Disassemble. I came out of $1,300. It’s was like I was in a house or something. It was only a two bedroom apartment to another two bedroom apartment. My neighbor said they were going real slow and weak to be movers. He was going to help but he told me they were getting paid they should have been moving faster. I spoke with Jerry (manager) about how they were moving slow and took a lot of money for move, which he said he is going to speak with John the driver, and Cory the new guy about the move. That was last week Tuesday. I still haven’t heard back. I called today and Marino said he will let Jerry know and he hurried up and got off phone. They did not send me a receipt until I talked to Jamario Brooks. It’s been a week later aint still heard nothing from Jerry. Not good customer service all about the money it seem like. I work hard for my money and wish companies can understand that people should not get ripped off. I was always helping to put things in apartment when they brought it in apartments. Also mover stated they only took an 15 mins break and 30 mins lunch but really they did not from 11:41am till 12:51 pm stating where is the apartment located in the complex. I am down for people taking breaks. They really got over on me. It’s sad how this world is always getting over on people and really don’t care. I would never in my life used them again. I have pics how things were left and phone recording to where I called my ex husband to see if I need to follow them because they had my things in truck and they did not head back to North to Edmond they headed south.
