I thought the production quality was fine. There were some very well written lines, and the acting in the conversations seemed realistic enough. That being said, there is way to much speculation and embellishment for me to consider this to be anything more than a movie that has a casual association with Biblical stories. Even the characters as they are described don't seem to fit their Biblical description. I can only speak for the first episode of season 1, which I intend to be the last. Doesn't pass the smell test for me. Can't recommend.
