Sharing 2 Experiences. I booked a bus on 11:30 pm, and on that day at 02:00 pm they informed that the scheduled bus is canceled and I will get a refund. After 3.5 months and after several conversations I got the refund back. Next. I booked a bus on 09:30 am, the bus was late for 1 hour and before taking the bus from the station they got some mechanical error and waited almost 5 hour in the bus station to get a spare bus to accommodate all the passengers. My trip was a connection trip and I got missed the connection bus. I need to wait till tomorrow morning 4:20 am to get the next bus. I don't know what to do? All is a matter of trust. Need to think twice before booking a greyhound trip. It is highly non-recommended.
