I thoroughly enjoyed this show! What stood out most to me was the warm and genuine connection between the cooks, and the heartwarming stories behind their dishes. There was much respect for originality and culture. Each week the meals looked so deliciously appealing—made me wish I had been an audience participant! The judges were wonderful! I really appreciate the honest and kind way in which they delivered their critiques. All in all, I thought this cooking show was quite refreshing and a great family show! There was absolutely NO backbiting which, unfortunately, appears to be the ‘main event’ in a lot of the reality shows. I shared in their wins, losses, tears, and joys. I feel like they were all winners—exceptionally so! I looked forward to the show every week! Hopefully, it returns for another season! “BRAVO!” 😆
