I haven’t read the second Edition but I had the original and it was by far the easiest weight loss I ever experienced! It took about a week to get used to No Meat though! But after that it was a breeze! The dishes are packed full of flavor, the weight melted off and stayed off, the upside is you can have 2 meals a week of your liking, pizza, steak whatever, I actually lost weight so quickly that I took 2 entire days off and still lost weight! The funny thing is once you get used to no meat it’s not as appealing.

Corn-fetti which is similar to Chipotle’s corn Salas, I plan on using it in my next burrito bowls. It’s a great lunch or light dinner on those hot summer days….
